The problem
Smaller hotels lose bookings to phone tag and double-booked rooms. Their availability lives in a notebook, guests have no way to check a date without calling — and in Myanmar most of those guests are already in a chat app, not on a booking site.
Our approach
A search that filters on genuinely free rooms for the chosen dates, with a race-safe re-check at the moment of booking so two guests can never take the same room. Each hotel runs its own console, and a Telegram bot walks a guest from city to confirmed booking without ever opening the site.
